When you buy from us we aim to deliver promptly and efficiently. We also aim to deal with issues quickly because we know that when you've taken the decision to buy you will want your product quickly and you will want it to match your expectation.

Shipping Costs

Our standard delivery service is based on a single driver operation and delivery to the front door. If you require anything other than this you will need to contact us in order that we can give you a delivery quote. We cannot take any responsibility for the rules & regulations that our carrier partners apply to what duties they allow drivers to perform beyond delivery to the front door.

We apply one standard charge of £5.95 per order (not item) for delivery anywhere on the mainland of the UK, Monday to Friday. If you wish us to deliver on a Saturday we can arrange this but the delivery charge will be subject to the quote we will obtain from our carrier partners. If delivery is to a location outside of the mainland UK you will need to contact us and we will give you an accurate and binding quote for what delivery will cost.

If you order one item for delivery within the mainland UK, Monday to Friday, we will charge £5.95. If you order 100 items for delivery within the mainland UK we will charge £5.95. We like to keep it simple and uncomplicated.

For UK locations that are off the mainland you should contact us BEFORE ordering so that we can assess the most cost effective way to ship products to you. We have an active policy of not penalising customers because of where they live and so we will do our very best to assist you to get our products delivered in a way that still represents exceptional value.

Shipping Timeframes

If the items you order are in stock we will arrange for one of our courier partners to collect your order from our warehouse within 3 working days of you placing your order. We always try to arrange for courier collection on the day after taking your order but this will depend on the collection schedule of the courier. Once your order is collected by courier you can expect delivery within 4 working days.

If any of the items you order are not in stock we will contact you to advise you when we will be taking delivery of new stock. We will keep you informed and will notify you when we are able to ship your order.

At certain times of the year, e.g. Christmas, deliveries can take longer due to the extra demands placed on courier services. At these times of the year we will keep you informed about any possible delays in getting your order to you.

Receiving Deliveries

All deliveries need to be signed for. Before you sign for the goods, please inspect them to check that they have arrived undamaged. If any goods are damaged do not sign for them. The courier will know what to do if you do not sign for them

In the event of any damages or shortages - we must be advised by email or telephone immediately.

If you, or someone you nominate, are not in to receive the goods - then we must be advised within 24 hours.

We will not accept liability for damaged goods if you, or your nominated representative, have personally signed for them

In the event of no one being present at the delivery address, our courier partner will only leave the goods if you have given specific written instructions regarding delivery when placing the order, or having contacted us after placing the order.

Arranging Specific Delivery Times

If you ask for delivery on a certain day we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However we are dependent on our carriers and therefore we cannot absolutely guarantee the delivery on a certain day or time. However, most carriers operate scheduled routes and so we can most often give you a very good idea as to the specific part of the day when delivery is likely to occur.

If it is essential that you have a specific time for delivery we can arrange this with our carrier but this facility is expensive and we will need to obtain a quote from our carrier.

Heavy Planters

As we specialise in large planters it is to be expected that some of our products are heavy and bulky. In these circumstances you will need to consider how you take delivery of them. We clearly mark on our website which items fall into the category of heavy and bulky so you will know if you order them that you may need to arrange additional help to take safe delivery of them.

Where We Deliver To

We are a UK based company and we naturally deliver to all locations within the UK. This includes the outlying islands, but our standard flat delivery charge does not automatically apply to locations that involve sea or air crossings. If we believe we cannot deliver to a destination in a cost effective manner we will contact you to explore options to get our products to you.

We are happy to arrange for delivery outside of the UK but some destinations may prove to be too expensive to ship to. We will happily obtain quotes from our carrier for deliveries outside of the UK. All you need to do is contact us.
